Dance for the King - Children’s Concert

The Sun King, Louis XIV, was one of the most famous kings and loved grandeur. He turned Versailles into one of the most magnificent royal courts in Europe. Grand balls were regularly held, where people dined, celebrated, and danced. We will share with you how such a ball took place in the concert. And the dance master will certainly teach us a dance so that we can all dance together for the Sun King!

With music from Versailles, including works by François Couperin and Marin Marais.
